THRIVE Life Coaching is a community of Black and Brown women leaders who desire to thrive in motherhood, womanhood, and make an impact in their professional careers. We provide an eight-week program that combines interactive activities, live virtual coaching sessions, and a supportive group of accountability partners with shared interests.

Life coaching primarily focuses on the present and future, emphasizing personal growth, goal achievement, and improving specific areas of one's life. Dr. Harris Welcher helps clients identify their goals, develop action plans, and overcome obstacles to reach their desired outcomes. Therapy or counseling, on the other hand, often focuses on resolving past traumas, managing mental health conditions, and addressing emotional or psychological issues.

It's important to note that while life coaching can be beneficial for personal development and goal attainment, it may not be appropriate for individuals who require therapeutic interventions or have significant mental health concerns. As a life coach, I am happy to recommend mental health professionals if those services are needed. It's crucial to prioritize your well-being and seek appropriate support when necessary.

TLC Groups are uniquely created with your schedule in mind. THRIVE Life Coaching conducts four TLC Groups a year, one for each quarter.

Designed for busy professionals, our eight-week course combines:

Led by Dr. Harris Welcher, an experienced educator and organizational leader with a doctorate in education leadership, our coaching approach is tailored specifically to the needs of Black and Brown professional moms. What sets THRIVE Life coaching groups apart is the fusion of Dr. Harris Welcher's extensive expertise, leadership background, and comprehensive coaching training. This powerful combination offers a multifaceted and holistic approach to address the complexities of your personal and professional life.

The cost of registration for each participant to join the TLC Group Coaching program is $1800, granting you access to an immersive 8-week virtual cohort coaching experience and membership in the TLC Alumna Community. As a participant, you will receive coaching directly from Dr. Alison Harris Welcher, along with comprehensive access to all course content. We offer the option to pay $1800 in two installments over the course of two months. The first payment of $900 is due by the cohort start date, the second payment of $900 is due 30 days later. After being accepted into the cohort, this payment option can be selected on our payment page.This investment is designed to empower you with the tools, support, and guidance needed to achieve your goals and thrive in your personal and professional life.

The time commitment involved in TLC Group Coaching is designed with the understanding that participants are professionals and moms with demanding schedules. The program entails a weekly 60-minute virtual live coaching session for 8 weeks. It is structured to accommodate your busy lifestyle, allowing you to engage in the sessions at a convenient time. There is no pre-work or homework for the sessions, ensuring that the program is flexible and adaptable to your needs. Additionally, all course materials are accessible for participants to review at their leisure, providing the opportunity for further reflection and exploration outside of the coaching sessions.
